For over 25 years Scott McLeish has been in the construction business. He has seen the home building process from every angle imaginable. Scott has build on-site homes, commercial, and now is focused on modular and manufactured homes. One of the key things to ask yourself is who you want to partner with on this home-buying journey. As a seasoned veteran, Scott has seen it all.

Scott’s Way

We think that the most important questions that you can ask yourself if you are considering building a home is, “Who do I trust to help me with the big decisions and why?” We answer that question every time that we are working. We are real people, just like you, and expect to earn your trust while we work hard to help you through the home-building experience.

Our founder Scott McLeish felt compelled to get into the modular and manufactured home business after his own modular home was set and finished. The excitement of that day for him translates to the excitement we feel when our clients move in to their new home!

In recent years we realize that we have become more attached to our homes than at any other time in our memory.
