How We Build

Building Modular and Manufactured Homes

We build modular and manufactured homes. There are some differences when it comes to how we build and how traditional home builders build their homes on-site. The main difference is that the majority of the structure and features of the home are completed in a factory. Below is a video that shows what a typical factory home building site looks like.

Bringing Your Home To The Building Site

In most cases, the completed factory home is then placed on a truck and then delivered to your building site location. That location at the point of receiving the home is ready with electric, plumbing, septic, etc. Once the home arrives it is set by crane. We think it is pretty neat. Take a look below to get a sense of how we place your home onto your build site.

After we get the home onto its foundation.

We start the process of finishing the home. Completion times can vary based on the type of home you are building. We are general contractors and have great relationships to get your home “move-in ready.”
